I have two questions:

1.- I need to change the text of some documents. Our items are tax exempt and for example, "Sales Order" document shows at the bottom "TOTAL ORDER VAT INCL". So i need to display "TOTAL ORDER EX VAT".
How can i change this? I supose there is a .php file to edit templates but i haven't found it.

2.- Is it possible to do bulk uploads of product, customers and suppliers?

I would appreciate an answer.
