First try to play a little with go_debug and pdf_debug variables in config.php. When set to 1 this enables some error messages which are normally hidden. This way u\you can check if the problem is too long script execution or too high php memory usage. Then you can adjust respective php_ini settings.

I'm sorry i have this problem when i try to print stock report and the program just can't finished the process...it took very long time and still the report didn't show up. Is it because the item list i have is just too much? (i have around 10.000 item) in around 200 brach, if this the problem then what the alternative solution for it? My computer used 2gb of memory.
