Hi apmuthu

i did change $print_invoice_no = 1; in config.php but still i cant see any refrence no on the invoice.i dont know if i need to make changes in some other file.

See wiki config.php settings.

32.$print_invoice_no = 0; 
Setting this variable to 1 prints our internal numbers on the documents. If this variable is 0 prints our reference numbers on the documents instead. This is very handy if you have a letter/number combination in your references.

A global variable in config.php, $print_invoice_no (I guess it is called, I am not at the source at present) is probably set to 1. Set it to 0 and the reference is printed instead.

I cant see the reference no appearing on the invoice and quotation in 2.19
which file needs to be edited for reference no to show on invoice.
