you created "payroll expenses" in Chat .
so you can go Banking & General Ledger -> payment .
then you Select pay to and payment type .

I've found that, in the Chart of Accounts , there has a account named "payroll expenses", but I don't understand how can enter payments for employees of a company. Is there any way to do that? If so, how can I do that?
