FA depends here on properly configured mail system on your box. One thing which you have to set is email address in Company Setup. All the rest parameters are outside of scope of FA. Please make forum lookup searching for the solutions, those problems were discussed many times over there.

Hi,

After i create a sales order, i get the menu, which has options such as "Print This Order", "Email This Order","Make Delivery Against This Order", "Work Order Entry","Enter a New Order".

Now, when i choose the option "Email this order", i am unable to send the email. It gives me a error that says.. "SALES ORDER SCPL-SalOrd-THIR-8. Sending document by email failed. Email: blah_h@blah.in"

What do i need to setup to be able to send email out from the FA system ?
