Setup Tax Types first as TaxFree and VAT in Setup -> Item Tax Types

Then set it for each item in:
Items and Purchases -> Items -> Item Tax Type -> (TaxFree or VAT)

Hi
I have a small company which builds robot controllers
and I would really appreciate some adult supervision as
I move from spreadsheets to FA. Please let me know
your rates if you are available. (acct@linuxtoys.org)

FA is installed and seems to work fine. The immediate
problem is that some items in a vendor invoice should
have sales tax applied and some should not. I think I
need the help even if the answer to this problem is easy.
