Hi to all,

I want to bring up this discrepancy in the GL Posting for the latest stable release 2.3.17.

I applied a payment against a local supplier (whose transactions are in base/domestic currency).

In such a scenario, there should not be any amount posted to Exchange / Gain Loss Account.

But, for some reason, there is a significant figure being posted to the account.

The discrepancy happens only with version 2.3.17 and is consistently replicable.

It does not happen with version 2.3.16.

I would be glad to furnish more information to resolve this.
