That sounds a lot like what any e-commerce software does. (Generate orders and keep track of order/invoice history.) Of course you would need to transfer the order data to FA regularly, and also keep the products (and possibly stock levels) in sync, but that might well be justified assuming it increases sales.If you only need to be able to make reports available, you could implement your own simple frontend to FA's database. (With your own access control layer.)
