You can also try to run FA with javascrpit disabled in browser. Although we have done our best to have all errors reported for $go_debug=1, there still can be some strange errors hidden in full ajax mode. After switching js off, all errors must be displayed in fallback mode. Have you encountered the problem on another pages, or only on the sales_order_entry.php page? What is the FA version you are testing? What is your browser vendor/version?

its does not show any error
but button not responding
when i click on add item or add user button nothing happed
debus mode is already set to 1

No idea. You will have more info about actual source of errors when you set temporarily $go_debug=1 in config.php.

dear all

recentlly i installed this product on my homeoffice.i m facing following problems

Add item button not work in sale order form
new user not creating
i installed the product again and again but the result is same
is there any solution ?????
