Thank Joe for the reply.

I thought I activated that extension however something must be wrong as can't find the option in the Item Inventory screen.

Can anyone help me with how I can make sure I did the right steps or how I can solve this?

Yes, there are some extensions that can import csv items. Look in the setup tab, install/activate extensions.

Is there a way how I can import Items and Inventory data ? Ideally also import transactions in Bulk?

If I can import CSV or xls format it would be good enough as I can manipulate the SAGE export accordingly.
