Use vTigerCRM and integrate the customer's Account Code into it and then provide a restricted login role - a dirty hack though.

Can you pull this data through a CRM module or extension?

I would like for a customer to see stock quantity for a location. Buy and pay on line, look up past invoices, etc. Maybe done with an e-com module or extension?

It is not possible to create users only allowed to see his own data.

Lots of my customers, don't have an accounting system. They just have an accountant to whom they send paper invoices and send them back a tax return once a year. They don't have any stock system, have no idea how much payment are outstanding etc ...

I told them to use FA but that doesn't work ;-)

No, this not possible in FA. The customer should be able to see this info in his own accounting system.

May I know if FrontAccounting does include a Customer Portal for the customer to access for the following tasks ? It's very important for a CRM.

1.) View their history of sales inquiries, quotes, orders, invoices and payments.

2.) Make payment for the invoices.

3.) Helpdesk / Ticketing / Knowledge base.
