No, this is not fully sql based. We use recursivity to achieve this. Look into the balance sheet and profit and loss statements.

Thanks dear admin i already setup the group parents correctly my question is that how is that become possible? through SQL query?or through loop? . please guide me step by step i can't make a logic for this situation.

Yes you can, but you have to setup the group parents correctly.
