so it seems that FA ALT shortcut only work with Latin languages ... BAD LUCK to others
but using numbers looks good too, like >> "1&تحویل مستقیم" which give result like 1تحویل مستقیم
some how , i will research about it again .. if i could find some thing better i will share it here

For RTL languages must the underscore succeed the character?

Then you should probably translate it to something like "(Alt-&D)تحویل مستقیم" which should result in "(Alt-D)تحویل مستقیم" with active Alt-D hotkey. Looking into persian keyboard it looks acceptable. I guess you havn't here anything more suitable e.g. Alt-ق ?

Many thanks Dear itronics,
but what about other languages like Persian, Urdu , Arabic .. Chinese and etc
it seems FA doesn't work with that language .
translating for "&Direct Delivery" to "&تحویل مستقیم" show result like "&تحویل مستقیم" , it just show the words with "&" and won't work like Latin words

Yes, sure. You need to use ampersand before selected letter in the translated string. E.g. translating for "&Direct Delivery" to "Zamówienie &Bezpośrednie" will result in "Zamówienie Bezpośrednie" menu entry with Alt-B hotkey in polish user interface.
