The Customer Balance may be because of payments received but not allocated to appropriate bills which may ppear unpaid.

Customer Credit Limit Showing -4,437 but the actual customer balance is 5,437 . 1000 difference is due to a setup default credit customer limit of 1000. I am using FA 2.4.3 kindly provide the solution

No it is not. The credits are shown positively, just as if you look at a journal entry. The balance column is shown as either positive or negative,

There is a bug in customer balances report. The credit amount (payment from customer) is showing positive figure instead of negative amount. Total if "allocated" is wrong.
