			<description><![CDATA[<p>Because I have to write descriptions and names in russian and be able to read it after. So I have to use UTF8 encoding. Is there way use UTF8 instead of ISO8859?</p><p>As far as I know tclim made a patch to be able to use such a wonderful thing as UTF8. If it is so, it is great! Could you share link to this patch with me?</p>]]></description>
