It would be used for customers, employees, suppliers, vendors, and other.

I would like to have a community module, something simple that would do:

1. Self register for users, that way there is no need to email passwords to new users (not secure), you just go in and assign access.
2. A forum for company use...
3. PM, a mail box system for private communication.
4. A chat box for instant communication.
5. Downloads, for company files, etc.
6. CMS, just some pages for news, events, etc.

There is a set of scripts that we may be able to use for this, at http://jasmineportal.net/jasmine/plugins/downloads/  maybe we can get the dev team to look at them, I am no coder so I can't tell how much work this would be?
