Look into /reporting/includes/header2.inc .
There you will be able to change this.

The printing of the invoice address details (the client / debtor info) as it does not line up in a standard window face envelope ..... needs to move right an inch

What exactly do you need to change? Are you after how to change the location on the output PDF form, or change the Charge to and Deliver to information for the person being charged?

eg, charge to fred blogs, 632 somewhere street,
deliver to charlie blogs, 234 overthere street.
