Hi,

yes i select the adequate time-frame, but no showing of the said sales order, but when i check it to inventory report under customer and print sales order, the said sales order is there but no sales order # indicated and no date also.

Hope that this problem will give us a solution.

how to retrieve the missing sales order to database? i encounter this problem when i make a sales order. Its ok when i first time to check to edit the sales order, when i check it again for the second time around i cant find the customer name/sales order no., but the items are deducted to our inventory and when i check to order status listing the items are there but not in the sales order inquiry.

Please help, what can i do to delete the said sales order to our record or to retrieve.
