Documents can be attached in Setup - Maintenance - Attach Documents.

On the other hand I also need a way to UPLOAD .PDF file to all my I dont want to have this a required field but if I need to upload a PDF file I want that PDF file to go along with the order when created.

Please let me know if you can do this.
