Does FA need to be installed in htdocs folder to work? (c:\xampp\htdocs\FrontAccounting\

upon opening of http:\localhost\FrontAccounting\

error:  object not found

error 404  \localhost\
today date info

The pc for fa, is not connected to the internet, I am the only person who uses that computer can I skip all passwords for the time being while I get familiar with program?
