Hi itronics, shipping record default is there, didn't remove.

Seems you have removed the default shipper record. Create one at Shipping Companies screen first.

Hi i'm trying to setup for first time fa 2.3.10, add/manage customers gives error:

DATABASE ERROR : The branch record could not be added
error code : 1366
error message : Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'default_ship_via' at row 1
sql that failed was : INSERT INTO 0_cust_branch (debtor_no, br_name, branch_ref, br_address, salesman, area, tax_group_id, sales_account, receivables_account, payment_discount_account, sales_discount_account, default_location, br_post_address, disable_trans, group_no, default_ship_via, notes) VALUES ('1','Test', 'Test', '', '1', '1','2', '', '11131110', '44001000', '42001000', '', '','0', '0', '', '')

kindly help
