There are 2 files for these texts. One for domestic customers and one for foreign customers. They are called doctext.inc and doctext2.inc. Be careful to use the exact variables. They are case sensitive.

I have the same requirement as Steve but when I try the amendments all that happens is the original wording disappears completely. Is there somewhere specific within the file where the wording needs to be amended? I have amended "$doc__Our_VAT_no ." etc. replacing VAT with GST and adding Tax where it says "$doc_invoice_no ."

Any suggestions?

The document forms are inside a file, header2.inc that is in folder /reporting/includes. You can change this to fit your own whishes.

This looks like a great app...

How do I go about customising the positioning of fields on forms such as customer invoices? For example, I need to be able to display the words 'Tax Invoice' before the invoice number & display 'GST Number' followed by my tax dept number at the top of all invoices & I would also like to modify the general invoice layout.
