You can setup a contact on the customer/branch/supplier with the corresponding type and put your own email on it.

When sending a PO or sales invoice is there a way of creating a cc (copy) to your own email so that you can see what your customer or supplier has seen. I cannot find an error where to add additional email recipients for auto sending a copy to yourself.
