Yes you should treat the members as customer / branches. and the Invoices as billing. If you need to change the documents layout, please make a forum search about that. There are several topics about that.

Appreciate your quick response! I think I am more interested in FA cause it seems the community is so active.

Going back to my question, did you mean I would consider Customer = Member and Invoice = Billing? My concern here is that if the club wants to use the word Member/Billing itself..

Btw, I'm not actually an accountant but a developer myself.

Please have a look at Recurrent Invoices. I think you can create groups to put on your customer branches /members.

If you can then this is a peach of cake to send out your recurrent invoices.

Hello,
First of all, my hats to the FA group.
I am asked if FA can be extended to include Club Membership and has the Billing and Collection Module?
Is it possible to do this? If Yes, how can we start. I know I have to look for a PHP developer and that was Ok. We need to know if FA can be extended to get these requirements.
