You can use either Quick Entries to do the tasks or use the Revenue / Costs accrual in Banking and General Ledger tab.

How to make some expenses set automatically .. for example : Rent

as we know each company have some annual fixed expense or liabilities to pay

Should I enter the JE for Rent or Depreciation every mount ?

or there is a method to enter it every mount automatically
