Once you enter a line item, and click "add item", the edit, and delete options do not work.

Another issue that has happened a few times and I have not been able to find when/where it occurs is that companies that have a "&" in there names occasionally have there names changed where there should be a "&" to "&amp;" seems like a formatting issue somewhere?

Many thanks for all of your hard work! It is turning out to be a great project!
