[BUG] Update General Ledger

I try to update my general account, but it give me error message.
"The account belongs to a bank account and cannot be inactivated."
I don't understand why this can be happen, because i din't change this into inactivated

Another question: is there a website URL which its function like bug tracker to post bug or error Front Accounting that maybe i found later.
