Which version of FA are you using? Try to use the latest stable FA 2.3 snapshot. After setting the preferences in Forms Setup, logout, clear browser cache and login again and check it out.

hi janusz,
in my case, the sys_type tables in not empty.
but same as dileep question, how to add new entry?
i need to add entry like "payment from petty cash" with code "PC.001".
and i need that new entry will show in select "type:" in journal inquiry.
how to do that?

Probably you have broken database (sys_types array is empty).

I am new to Front accounting and am testing latest version 2.3.2.

I am trying to set the initial values for auto-generated numbers like Invoice, DO, Sales orders etc. I read that this can be done using the Forms Setup link in the setup tab. But ion clicking this link, I am not getting any options to enter any values and only an 'Update' button.

I am unable to see how I can activate creating new entries in this page.
