If you look under Banking And General Ledger, you will see that Kalido has the same topic. He has suggested a way to filter away the 0 transactions.
We are considering implementing this.

Hello again,
The reason for the 0 transactions is that when you change a JE the old rows are voided (set to 0) before creating new ones. This way it is easy to see that changes have been done.

So this is not a bug.

Found several transactions with zero amount in the Journal Entries and GL Account Transactions:

As per above, several changes has been made to journal entry 28, and resulted in the zero transactions.

No zero transactions discovered in journal entry 23.

Is this a bug?
