The only constraint have to be taken into account when creating item category is category name uniqueness. Try another name.

Hi there,

I am trying to create an item category, when I click on "add new" I get the error:

---The entered information is a duplicate. Please go back and enter different values.

I assume the record has already been made in the database, yet it does not show in the table abive the form. Even with "Show also inactive" clicked.

Any tips?
