I had a problem like that with my taxes, but I unchecked the the "Tax Included" check option in the Sales Types (Retail) and it started working correctly. Now the taxes are correct inside my invoices and general ledger accounts.

Please read about the tax system in FA carefully in the .
Typically it is a wrong setup if you don't get the tax system to work.

i am using version 2.3

when i place a direct invoice. the tax calculation is wrong . how can i fix this ? i know php and mysql
