			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sales tax for Cuyahoga County in Ohio is 7.75% ... when I try to set it up it is rounding my rate to 7.8%.&nbsp; Is there a way to change the field to accept and calculate using two decimal places?</p>]]></description>
