OK now its clear.
I had no idea what is "New script Admin Password" in Setup/Create/Update Companies.
Now I know that I have to log into new company as admin and create new user there.

I created 2 companies and 2 users.
Currently, both users can log into first company but none of them to the second company - "Incorrect Password" message appears.
How do I assign the second user to the second company?
