Just try another one if you have no acces to server side session handling settings.

Anyway you can try to make new database in phpmyadmin, and use this during install.

On Step 1: System Diagnostics, i have everything in green and the following message.
All application preliminary requirements seems to be correct. Please press Continue button below.
Then i click continue and go to step 2.
I click continue after filling all the fields on step 2, but it takes me to step one. Tried with different useranmes, including root.

I could install the previous version and I want tou install the new version as a new application.

Im using Wampserver 2.0
