I was able to create new customers thru "General Settings" tab, but got no responses while trying to create contacts thru "Contacts" tab. Problem exists since v2.3 Beta (running FA on windows vista/Apache 2.2/php 5.2.6/MySql 5.0.51a )

Sales -> Add and Manage Customers -> General Settings -> Contacts
