Hi Janusz and Alvin,
Problem solved!
I downloaded a new XAMPP and test it. It's ok.
Seems that I had a problem with my XAMPP and this problem was apparent with frontaccounting only.

Krishna, Is your xampp installed on your local machine? All of the slow problems I have had are related to my connection to the internet. My local install is real fast...

I use portableApps xampp, makes it real easy to change laptops....

Yes, there is a couple of other prepacked php+www+mysql systems, but XAMPP should also work without problems. Please look into FA FAQ to find what you can do in case of strange application behaviour.

Hi Admin,
No way to access this page. It's too slow and i get 'authorisation timeout'.
I use xampp (1.7.1) on windows XP.
Are you aware if other people got this problem?
Else is there another server system to use?

There can be delays when you have automatic update of currency rate set and no connection to internet. Please go directly to Bank & General Ledger/Currencies page and switch off auto update options for all currencies.

I have installed frontaccounting on a windows xp2. I have xampp. I also did all necessary changes on the pho.ini file (or at least hope so...).
The system works but when you click on a link it takes more than 10 minutes to open...
I have checked on the forum, but no one seem to have this problem.

Is there something that i have missed? May be an error in the config somewhere etc.
Hope someone can help me.
