Hi,

Great software. I only have a few issues with it.

Some of our customers have an '&' in their name, and we have an '&' in our address. When sending reports via email the '&' prints as '&':

'Corner of Graduate Crescent & Bachelor Avenue'

Rather than

'Corner of Graduate Crescent & Bachelor Avenue'

The TO in the header of the email also looks wrong - even though the emails do get through to the recipients:

To: Customer Name part 1@localhost.domain.tld, &@localhost.domain.tld;Customer Name part 2

Should have looked something like:

To: Customer Name part 1 & Customer Name part 2

I am running FA 2.2.10 on CentOS Linux 5.3
