Havew you tried to follow this Forum for similar problems? There are a lot of things here that may go wrong if handled the wrong way.

You should run a System Diagnostics on the Setup tab (in English) and show this diagnostic to us.

I installed our system and my language.

Install is OK , but Our language turn into garbage when I input our resister record.
(Product name and Company name and so on)

Our character is UTF-8 and double byte code.

Please teach me if you have resolve the problem.
