I am applying FA for my small shop. We have below mentioned flow for generating orders.

1. We accept inquiries from customer on Phone; e.g. on day 01. (Quotation)
2. Based on requirement; we buy our material on Morning day 02. (Purchase price get decided here)
3. We convert these all inquiries into Order on day to and deliver them based on Price which is decided on Day02. (Sales price and delivery decided here)

{ * Customers are aware that price will be different on Day02 so that is no issue for me.}

Now issue is on Day01 price of Item is decided as X and on delivery day i.e. Day02 price of same item is Y.

Now to convert orders from these all Quotations (which are around 100 daily); I need to update all Quotations individually.  (per Item/ per quotation)

Is there anyway to update all these records in one go?
Or when I am converting Quotation to Order; what changes I need to do so that System will pick latest price to create order?

If you will suggest me changes that I need to do in FA application, I will able to do them.
