This is a problem. Maybe try in another way:
. change your user/password to some not using arabic characters, only english letters/digits
. upgrade to 2.2.6
. check if all works right including login on new user/password
. try change user/password to the old one and check again.

Thanks very muc , but I am getting the same error,

In version 2.1.5 I do not have this problem,
I am still working with the version 2.1.5 till now because I can not log to the system when I start putting arabic characters in the chart of accounts,

It isvery strange and I think it has to do with the encoding,

Probably you have reset admin credentials. Login with user 'admin' and password 'password'.

Hi All,
I installed the new version 2.2.6 and all is fine , but the moment I put the arabic chart of accounts I can not login ,
I get the following

"Incorrect Password

The user and password combination is not valid for the system.

If you are not an authorized user, please contact your system administrator to obtain an account to enable you to use the system.
Try again"

I can not overcome this problem,

can anybody help ?
