Eliminate the Manufacturing Sections as we are not running manufacturing

We need e-commerce integration, so we can import or sync the data, our e-commerce is not OSC

1. Create customer upon succesful account registration
2. Create Sales Order upon succesful order
3. Auto Generate Invoice, Packing Slip base on Sales Orders
4. Forms is match with our pre-printed forms
