You may have Sales Persons that do get provision (bonus) of their sales in percent of what they sell. Maybe 5% upto $2000 (this will be the breakpoint then) and then maybe a lower/higher/same percent of the rest the sales person sells.
If you don't need them, just set the values to 0;
