The problem has been fixed by recursively changing ownership of the fa files

chown -R www-data:www-data

Sorry..I meant to clear the cache. Which is to remove the files in company/x/js _cache/x/*.js
Logoff and login again. You also might have folder permission problems. Review permissions as in

When you say say "clear" What exactly do you mean?

My last thoughts is to clear company/x/js _cache/x/*.js
This should not be a live system though.
where x is the company number.

I just tried it with MS Edge. Still the same problem.

I have been using Firefox with FA for a year plus without any problems.

Try a different browser and see if it works.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, the "Date Picker" was already flagged when I checked.

I tried unflagging it and updating. That removed the calendar icon from the display. When I flagged the "Date Picker" again and updated, the calendar icon reappeared but as before, has no effect when clicked on.

After upgrading FA from ver 2.4.11 to Build 7.03.2023 to FA 2.4.15, the date/calendar appears to no longer work.

I can manually enter the date, but the dropdown calendar has stopped functioning.
