Topic: Sales order - tracking information

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a place where oen can type inthe tracking number on a an order for a client, in case the client calls up and needs the information?

What about using the reference number for that? This can be either numeric or alpha-numeric.

Great, found it!

I even tried entering in multiple reference, and it works.
