Topic: Out-of-pocket expense

Hi, there are situations that our company needs to buy some stuff for our clients first during the project. This is called out-of-pocket expense if i am not wrong. After the project has been finished, the client would pay back us for these amount of money. How should we capture these in frontaccounting? This maybe just an accounting problem, but i really appreciate if you could offer any suggestion to me.

Re: Out-of-pocket expense

I think those expenses can be entered via Bank Payments using dimension related to the project and optionally using quick entry definitions for convenience.
