Re: Error 500 modules Report Generator FA 2.4.3

The official pkg when installed probably did not install fully as the file/folder permissions may have been wrong.
What is your platform and versions of PHP/MySQL/Apache?
Have you updated your FA 2.4.3 with the fixes thereafter?

Update your repgen module from the FA24extensions repo.

Re: Error 500 modules Report Generator FA 2.4.3

Unfortunately the same problem I could not run

The solution was applied thereafter

These are the specs

Apache Version 2.2.34
PHP Version 5.4.45 and 5.6 and 7.1
MySQL Version 5.5.51-38.2

Re: Error 500 modules Report Generator FA 2.4.3

PHP 5.4.x should work.
Are you on Windows or Linux?

Study the Apache and FA error logs and enable debug in your config file and see where the problem lies. Check out FA troubleshooting in the FA Wiki.

Re: Error 500 modules Report Generator FA 2.4.3

Yes use

Re: Error 500 modules Report Generator FA 2.4.3

The Error 500 is that there is some other process using the required port.

Re: Error 500 modules Report Generator FA 2.4.3

The problem is directory permission, the files are downloaded from the FA repo. But it happens when the required files doesnt have proper permission, or the required files might have some bugs.

Check your error_log to know exact problem. We can assist better if you come up with error log.

No error_log logs appear

Re: Error 500 modules Report Generator FA 2.4.3

Enable Debugging mode, to know the issues.

You can see the error_log afterwards. If you still stuck with issue PM or Email me to check the details from your server.
