Topic: Finalize/Post Transactions

Hi,
Still studying general ledger,
How to Finalize/Post transactions created in journal entry?
Or Is it automatic when I process a journal entry?

Our setup is user can create a journal, but not yet posted
Only the approver can finalize/ post it
Is it possible?
Please help me with this

No approvals in default FA.
All entries stand posted on creation.
