Hello @apmuthu What is this ISN shown in the image? Is this something similar to batch number? I can't find it in the 2.3.25. Is it in 2.4

Please read the whole thread. This is not a standard feature in FA (both versions). Someone posted their screenshots somewhere else and I placed here for self-sufficiency of the forum. You are free to develop an extension for it. Pharma products is one example where batch number and expiry date will be needed for sale and returns.

What are the latest updates for inclusion of Serial No./Batch No. feature in FA?
In this thread, Joe had hinted of possible inclusion in version 2.4 but I cannot find it in 2.4.3.

Implemented Serial No./Batch No. by doing core customization. We have done the serial number tracking. But it is not like extension format. We have touched many pages of FA just to implement serial Number.
I will try to write the functional flow for serialising and tracking of products.
