Topic: Missing transactions and overwriting

I just found out an issue or a bug.  Recently I was able to record transactions and then output them as PDFs.  Now I realized some of these transactions were not recorded and were overwritten with other transactions.  Is there something wrong with the program or is there something wrong with the MySQL?
