Topic: Installing Extensions/Languages... Error 2.4.RC1

I got this error:
"Release file in repository is invalid, or public key is outdated."
whenever I try click on one of these links:
  Install/Update Languages
  Install/Activate Extensions
  Install/Activate Themes
  Install/Activate Chart of Accounts

This is happening with version 2.4.RC1

Which means the FA.perm file may be missing.

Or your version information or repository  file might be corrupted.

FA.pem in your FA webroot should match the one in the github repo.
